We are looking for a Dental Prosthetic Technician – Full-Scope, Highly Productive Specialist
Griffen Dental Laboratory, part of the Rosemont Dental Group (RDG), is seeking a highly productive and experienced Dental Prosthetic Technician to join our dedicated team. About Griffen Dental Laboratory
Established in 1965, Griffen Dental Laboratory has a long-standing reputation for clinical excellence and technical innovation. Based in a modern, well-equipped facility, our team of GDC-registered technicians specialises in removable, fixed, and implant-retained prosthetics. We work closely with dental clinicians to deliver aesthetic, functional, and high-quality restorations, supported by an in-house scanning suite (including Medit and iTero), Crown & Bridge, Implant, and Denture departments.
We are proud to operate to DAMAS quality standards and remain active members of the Dental Laboratories Association (DLA), ensuring our team stays up to date with industry best practices and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Prosthetic Department, ensuring efficient workflow, consistent quality, and timely delivery of all prosthetic cases
* Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, and support to team members across all areas of removable prosthetics
* Coordinate case scheduling, production priorities, and resource allocation to meet clinician expectations and internal standards
* Uphold quality assurance procedures in line with DAMAS and DLA standards
* Support the integration of new materials, digital techniques, and technologies into the department
* Act as a key point of contact for clinicians, offering expert advice and facilitating collaborative case planning
* Foster a positive, high-performance team culture focused on precision, productivity, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly skilled technician who is also a strong team player with a leadership mindset. The ideal candidate will:
* Have full-scope technical expertise across removable, fixed, and implant-retained prosthetics
* Demonstrate high levels of craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail
* Be proficient in digital workflows (e.g. CAD/CAM systems like Exocad or 3Shape) and familiar with scanners such as Medit or iTero
* Understand occlusion, functional anatomy, and aesthetic principles
* Communicate clearly with colleagues and clinicians, contributing to effective case planning
* Stay current with new materials, techniques, and professional development
* Be proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple cases to a high standard under pressure
* Bring a genuine passion for contributing to the lab’s technical excellence and growth
