Customer Service Advisor needed in Solihull

The successful candidate will solely focussed on the project (37 hours; 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, one of the days 9am – 4:30pm)
Call handling for the majority of this role with a designated line for this project. There will be a script to follow with FAQ answers, etc. Limited possibility of dealing with emails.
Training will be provided for this role. Always will be someone onsite for support.
Experience we are looking for contact centre experience would be desired or being used to dealing with phone calls and the pressures.
