Job Description
Buzzy Team in Finance is seeking a PA to several Partners as well as the wider team members in Central West End.
Key duties will include managing complex calenders and diary management as well as organising international travel arrangements. You will also assist with project management duties as well as supporting and planning team meetings, client events and team socials. You will also meet and greet clients for meetings as well as assisting the wider team with office management.
The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience in financial services and will have supported several Partners and be able to multi-task at fast-paced in an international working environment
