Learning Support Assistant | Whats on Offer:
£444-£513 per week (inclusive of holiday pay), paid via PAYE.
Full-time position starting immediately, continuing until the end of the academic year.
A chance to work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional support.

Learning Support Assistant | The Role
Provide tailored support to students in the primary phase (Years 16) within the schools SEN provision.
Help pupils with SEMH and Autism build confidence, independence, and positive behaviours.
Collaborate with the teaching and support team to adapt learning materials and strategies for individual needs.
Play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, including managing challenging behaviour.
Learning Support Assistant | Who Are We Looking For?
A compassionate, proactive, and patient individual passionate about helping children achieve their best.
Experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable but not essential.
A Bachelor's Degree from a UK University
Outstanding A-Level and GCSE Results
