The successful Assembly Fitter will join a permanent, Monday-to-Friday role with an early finish on Fridays, no shifts, and paid overtime at 1.5x. Duties of the Assembly Fitter Working on bespoke projects for high-quality vehicle builds Fabricating plastic vehicle components (full training given) Using a range of hand and power tools Accurately measuring and reading technical drawings Carrying out varied and engaging assembly tasks What's in return for the Assembly Fitter £25,000-£29,000 starting salary Salary increase after probation and regular reviews Paid overtime at 150% Clear progression routes supported by management Ongoing training and skill development Clean, modern working environment No shift work - daytime hours only Early finish every Friday This role of Assembly Fitter would suit someone with experience as a welder, metal worker, window fabricator, joiner, cabinet maker, carpenter, or anyone comfortable working with measurements, technical drawings, and hand and power tools.
