What you’ll be doing
* You’ll disrupt fraudsters and stop them in their tracks, using the latest tools and technology not only to identify and fight fraud, but to reduce the cost of fighting it and, crucially, to help prevent it in the first place.
* Handle with a case load of predominantly hourly rate, litigated, non-DA complex Fraud files within our case management system.
* Manage your own case load of complex motor fraud matters, to ensure that clients are confident that their legal affairs are dealt with in a professional and competent manner and ensuring the efficient operation of the team. Full training and support will be given to enable your success.
* You will also have the opportunity to carry out Advocacy on applications and Case Management Conferences as and when required.
What do I need?
* Preferably, candidates will have previous experience handling a full and varied caseload, ideally within a Defendant role or the counter-fraud insurance sector.
* Possess an enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to being a team player.
* Confidence, assertiveness, and willingness to engage in public speaking are highly desirable.
