What you’ll be doing:
1. You’ll join a small team of 4–6 members.
2. You’ll be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
3. You’ll work up to 27 hours per week.
4. You’ll explain technical equipment in an understandable manner.
5. You’ll offer honest advice and build rapport with customers.
6. You’ll aim to exceed customer expectations and reassure them when faced with choices.
7. You’ll work collaboratively to achieve challenging sales targets.
What you’ll need — skills and experience:
1. Previous experience in selling technical products to customers.
2. Experience in a retail customer service environment.
3. Experience dealing with customers.
4. Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
5. Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
6. Basic computer literacy.
7. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
