About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be the visual voice behind our brand to help tell our story. You’ll conceptualize, design, and produce engaging content across a variety of formats including print ads, flyers, brochures, social media ads, and more. You’ll collaborate with creative, like-minded individuals, as well as marketing leaders and project managers, to translate ideas into compelling creative executions that drive engagement and communicate our message with style and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic and creative, requiring both a strategic mindset and a designer’s eye for detail. You'll manage multiple content initiatives at once, executing visual elements from start to finish. Your work will have a direct impact on how people experience our brand and services.
1. Design and produce visual assets for print, campaigns, websites, email, and social media ads.
2. Develop on-brand creative concepts that align with campaign goals and audience needs.
3. Interpret briefs and come up with creative approaches, offering multiple concepts and iterations when needed.
4. Work closely with copywriters, marketing leaders, and other creatives to bring campaigns to life.
5. Present concepts and creative solutions to key stakeholders when necessary.
6. Coordinating with agencies, printers and partners as needed.
7. Maintain brand consistency across all content while evolving the visual identity as needed.
8. Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions.
9. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications
10. Bachelor's degree in a design-focused field like Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts (BFA)
11. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
12. Strong portfolio showing a mix of print, digital and social.
13. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
14. Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
15. Understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices.
16. Ability to manage feedback and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
17. Bonus: Knowledge of Canva Knowledge of Monday Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and designing for conversion. Experience working in marketing or with brand teams. Experience in capturing and editing photography and video.
General Working Conditions:
18. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
