What You’ll Do
As a Trainee Teacher, you will:
Cover classes during Teacher’s PPA/Leadership/Subject Leader time.
Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
Develop strong relationships with pupils, helping them grow in confidence and knowledge.
Work alongside experienced teachers and mentors who will guide your professional development.
Participate in training sessions, observations, and reflective teaching practices.
Contribute to the wider school community, including events, clubs, and enrichment activities.

Experience teaching either EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to develop their practice.
Highly motivated, organised, and reliable.
A strong communicator with good teamwork skills.
Educated to degree level (or currently completing a degree).
