An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage a fantastic care home based in the Newcastle:under:Lyme area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers. This care home is dedicated to delivering high:quality person:centred care that prioritises the dignity, independence and happiness of the residents.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position you must hold an active NMC Pin and have experience in managing a care home.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the clinical and non:clinical teams to deliver outstanding person centred, dementia, and nursing care
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards
* Provide strategic leadership and day:to:day management of the home
* Drive continual improvement in care quality, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency
* Manage budgets and resources to maintain a cost:effective yet high:quality service
Preferred and Beneficial Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a similar setting
* Strong background in elderly and dementia care
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams
* Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that does not compromise on quality
Salary and Benefits
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP60,000 : GBP70,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
