Pastoral Lead Humly is recruiting a Pastoral Lead to join a secondary school on a long-term basis. This is a full-time, non-teaching role working closely under the Senior Assistant Headteacher. The position would suit an experienced pastoral professional who is confident supporting pupil wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement, and who can build strong, trusted relationships with pupils, families, and staff across the school.
