Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the Testing team, receiving IT assets and initiating the audit process.
* Audit all enterprise servers, networks, and storage assets across business deployments, ensuring accurate data capture.
* Input and maintain detailed records in Dynamics 365 & Microsoft Excel, ensuring full traceability of all IT parts and components.
* Use the Warehouse Management System to track and move IT assets across different business areas.
* Escalate asset retirement cases to business stakeholders, enabling them to report findings and retirement reasons back to the client.
* Collaborate with technical and financial teams to validate asset configurations and deployments.
* Monitor the entire IT asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement, ensuring compliance and operational transparency.
* Identify discrepancies within asset records and take corrective actions to maintain data integrity.

Salary
£19,500 per annum.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm.
