Excellent complex pay rates - Starting at £17.00 per hour for PLUS HOLIDAY PAY & PENSION - Weekly pay, Friday Payday!

Looking for a new care role where you can broaden your professional development?
Join our team of Complex Home Carers in Kendal and surrounding areas to help provide person centred care and assist people in their own homes.
As a complex carer you will be provided with complex nurse led training based on the clients you will be supporting.
We Support With a Variety Of Conditions Such As
* Muscular Dystrophy
* Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury
* Spinal Injuries
* Stoma, Bowel and Catheter Care
* Aitways Management
* Neurological Conditions
* Seizures and Epilepsy
* Nippy and NIPPV - Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation
As a complex career the role will include but is not limited to:
* Nurse led complex training to give you the skills and confidence to carry out the role based on the indiviaul complex clients.
* Personal centred care to our clients, providing the high standard of care you would wish your loved ones to receive.
* Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
* Administering and documenting medication
* Documenting care activities through our app and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.
* Supporting with house work such as meal preperation or shopping.
* Companionship for our clients, supporting their wellbeing and building a trusting relationship.
