Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Training Co-ordinator to provide training and administrative support within the Customer Solutions department at Speedy. The role involves arranging, onboarding, and inducting colleagues and partners, delivering engaging training sessions, and maintaining organized training records.
Responsibilities
1. Arrange and conduct training sessions for Speedy colleagues and partners.
2. Onboard new employees and partners, ensuring a smooth induction process.
3. Maintain accurate training records and conduct assessments as required.
4. Manage departmental administration, including bookings and documentation.
5. Support operational teams with effective communication and coordination.
6. Identify training needs and escalate concerns to Line Managers.
7. Support company policies and procedures, including ESG strategies.
8. Assist with additional duties such as room bookings, tours, and document updates.
