Role Overview The Technical & Operations Assistant will provide hands - on support across the Managed Print Department (IT Printers) and operational logistics. This role is designed to ensure smooth day - to - day functioning of technical services and warehouse/stores operations, with responsibilities spanning stock management, organisation, prioritisation of tasks, and general operational support. The position is intentionally broad to allow involvement in a wide range of technical and operational activities as required. Key Responsibilities: Managed Print Support Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT printers and managed print solutions. Support technical staff in monitoring performance and resolving issues. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required. Logistics & Warehouse Operations Organise and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment. Support the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of equipment and materials. Carry out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, following best practice guidelines. Maintain warehouse and stores organisation to ensure efficiency and safety. Operational Support Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and operational requirements. Multi - task across technical and operational functions, adapting to changing priorities. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Support project teams with baseline information gathering and operational input. Skills & Experience Strong organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise workload. Capable of multi - tasking and managing competing demands in a fast - paced environment. Practical, hands - on approach to technical and operational tasks. Experience with manual handling and safe working practices. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners. Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or technical support is desirable but not essential. Personal Attributes Proactive and willing to take initiative.
