ROLE: Trolley Unloader - Painted Accessories - in this role you will be handling small accesories used for doors and windows manufacturing, you will have to pick orders and pack it, responsible for preparing small accessories for painting process. HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 or 7:00-15:00 PAY RATE: £12.21 per hour attendance bonus BENEFITS : - On site car park ; - Weekly Pay, Holiday Pay ; - Non working BANK HOLIDAYS ; - Temp- to Perm opportunity ; - Training and progression opportunities - Friendly Team and Environment ; - Attendance bonus of £86.67 paid every 4 weeks for 100% attendance ; DUTIES: - To ensure correct orders are unloaded in to correct bins ; - Maintain good manual handling of painted materials; - Report any defects with painted item ; - Reccomend improvement to increase efficiency and productivity to the Paint Line Supervisor; - Ensuring maximum productivity in maintained at all times in accordance to targets and KPI`s ; - Report inadequate stocks of consumables for example - equipment, tools, machine etc ; - Problem solving/troubleshooting, report defects direct to the Accessory Paint Plant Supervisor; - Suggest any improvements to procedures ans processes ; - Recommend any areas of improvement, particularly in regards to efficiency, productivity and safety to the Accessory Paint Plant Supervisor ; INDLR
