Facility NPI Procurement Professional Based: Peterlee Contract: 12 Months Hours full time: 36.5 hours per week Hourly Rate: £26.96 PAYE or £35.41 Umbrella inside IR35 We are looking for Procurement Professional to join a leading manufacturers procurement; to support New Product Introduction (NPI) supply activities at their Peterlee facility. This role is critical in ensuring strong integration between Procurement and onsite teams, enabling lean, responsive, and resilient material and service flows to support NPI programs The Job: Support the delivery of a lean, responsive, and resilient flow of materials and services for facility NPI programs. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, inventory optimisation, and quality improvement, contributing to sound business proposals and risk assessments. Operate and monitor supply network procurement activities to meet response time, cost, quality, and lean targets. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve facility-specific supply issues. Ensure procurement activities enable optimal and efficient manufacturing operations.
