Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You'll Do
* Deliver an outstanding customer proposition. You’ll manage the branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves.
Day-to-day
* Delivering great service. Ensure your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
* Mucking in. Help the team get the job done – check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch, and put orders together.
* Inspiring. Encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships. Support your team’s development and future business growth, and make sure your customers leave the branch with everything they need.
* Leading. From the front, coach, motivate, and engage your team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Building a fun working environment. Maintain great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
