We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support sales and customer service in the Euro region. In this position, you will ensure that all customer needs are promptly addressed while exercising the highest level of customer service. A qualified candidate must have passion for excellence and be eager to advance in a high energy and goal driven culture.


Responsibilities

* Confer with customers by phone, email, and live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and provide information about products and services, take and enter orders, and obtain details of inquiries or comments.
* Build a rapport and long-lasting relationship with customers and provide innovative solutions to their needs and challenges along with exceptional customer service experience.
* Collaborate with internal functions to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and promptly.
* Take ownership of customer database; research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
* Solicit with commercial team sales leads from customer phone calls.
* Assist with marketing data collection and campaigns.
* Perform customer support projects and other duties assigned.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required, biology or related discipline preferred.
* 1+ year of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service required.
* Outstanding organizational skills with the utmost attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
* Innovative problem solver, results-minded, and solution-focused.
* Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
* Highly organized and able to efficiently multitask.
* Passion to positively promote and drive success on company initiatives.
* As an international company, we require English as an asset.
