Frog - Content Strategy Senior Consultant
Join Capgemini Invent as a Content Strategy Senior Consultant and help clients transform their content life‑cycle and marketing practices through innovative, data‑driven solutions.
Position Overview
This role blends management‑consulting skills with deep expertise in content life‑cycle management and marketing strategy. You will work cross‑functionally to design, develop and deploy marketing strategies that meet client commercial and strategic objectives, while staying current with industry trends in headless CMS, DAM, workflow, personalisation, measurement/analytics and digital experience platforms.
Responsibilities
* Engage clients to understand how they can transform their content life‑cycle management and wider marketing practices to better influence consumer behaviour through progressive ideas, creativity and consumer insights.
* Work with multi‑disciplinary teams to design, develop and deploy marketing strategies and deliver quality consulting work that meets client commercial and strategic objectives.
* Help clients design, implement and optimise content operations across digital platforms, ensuring seamless content delivery, governance and performance.
* Stay current with industry trends in content management, headless CMS, DAM, workflow, personalisation, measurement/analytics and digital experience platforms.
* Have experience working in one or more of Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Utilities, Telco, Public Sector, Financial Services.
Qualifications
* Previous relevant experience, preferably in an agency/consultancy or industry.
* Understanding of content life‑cycle management, digital publishing and omnichannel content delivery.
* Hands‑on experience driving digital transformation in marketing strategy, future‑fit marketing operations and content, data & technology activation.
* Ability to translate business objectives into capabilities and map those capabilities to solutions.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, WordPress) and/or DAM tools (e.g. Adobe Assets, Bynder) and/or workflow tools (e.g. Workfront, Monday.com).
* Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital content.

Location & Compensation
Base locations: London, Manchester or Glasgow. Flexibility is required for assignment locations, including short‑notice travel.
Compensation includes a variable element dependent on grade, company performance and personal performance, with flexible benefits options.
