Electrical Engineer (FM / Progression to Supervisor)
Didcot, commutable from: Oxford, Witney, Wantage, Abingdon, Newbury, Reading, Thatcham, Thame & all surrounding areas
£48,000 - £50,000 + Overtime + Pension + Healthcare Cash Plan + Life Assurance + Excellent Company Benefits
Fixed term contract until 31st March (potential for extension)
9 day working fortnight (every other Friday off)
Are you a Commercial / FM Electrician looking to step up into your first supervisory role offering full technical training and the chance to gain your AP certification?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will oversee a small team of Electrical Engineers across the busy site carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance, with the chance to increase your salary through enhanced overtime rates.
Alongside this you will get the chance to complete various training courses to develop your skills as a supervisor and become multi-skilled, all whilst being afforded the work-life balance of a 9-day working fortnight.

This position would suit an Apprentice-trained Electrician with their test & inspection certificate looking to step up into a supervisor role.
