Job Description

I am pleased to be working with our longstanding manufacturing client in Warwick to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp to perm basis.\nThe duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include:\n * Processing invoices\n * Matching payments and supplier invoices\n * Nominal coding\n * Posting on Sage Line 50\n * Reconciling statements\n * Resolving any payment queries with suppliers\n * Managing the accounts email inbox\nThe ideal candidate will be:\n * Able to work on own initiative\n * Organised with excellent attention to detail\n * Have experience in a similar accounts role\n * Fully conversant with Sage, Xero knowledge is desirable\nThe hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and it is a fully office based position.\nIf you are interested in the position and feel you have the right experience for the role, please submit your CV
