A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for a perm contract on behalf of our client based in Waltham Cross. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively. Monitor and manage inventory levels. Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders Enforce safety regulations and procedures. Report on warehouse activities, performance, and issues to upper management Address and resolve issues that may arise during daily operations. Troubleshoot problems related to orders, inventory, or equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology. Requirements: Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail in managing inventory and order fulfillment. Clear and effective communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role Hours: Monday to Friday 1pm-10pm
