Working on behalf of our client, based in Crewe we are currently recruiting for an Approved Electrician on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults in various systems and machinery, including fault-finding, rewiring, and monitoring.
* Install new electrical systems, including lighting, power, emergency lighting, and heating, to industry standards.
* Conduct routine maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with manufacturer and safety regulations.
* Carry out electrical inspections, testing, and certification in line with NICEIC requirements.
* Supervise and support electricians, mates, and subcontractors on projects.
* Assess job requirements and coordinate the purchase of necessary materials.
* Work independently to identify and report electrical faults without direct supervision.
* Ensure all work meets the current IEE Wiring Regulations and relevant health and safety standards.
* Complete necessary paperwork, including work instruction forms, time sheets, and test certificates. xsngvjr
* Provide professional advice and assessments for customers.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
* ECS/JIB Gold Card
* 18th Edition qualified
* 2391 Inspection & Testing
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Commercial & Industrial Experience
