As Activities Manager, you will lead and manage a highly efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation of the entire club. You will also lead the recruitment, training, and empowerment of your team to ensure they bring their A‑game to work every day in order to deliver an exceptional experience to our members.

About You
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across multiple departments.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in financial planning and management.
* A passion for customer service.
