We’re looking for a Bar Manager to help lead this exciting new opening. You’ll be at the heart of building a team that thrives on creativity, inclusivity, and delivering industry‑leading hospitality every day.

* Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visit to Cato is memorable.
* Innovate and maintain a beverage programme that blends classic cocktails with modern creativity.
* Manage inventory, wastage, and labour to company standards.
* Collaborate with the wider management team to drive performance and growth.
