I am working with a Social Housing group who is actively recruiting for a Planned Maintenance Surveyor in the Leicester area. The Planned Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for kitchen and bathroom surveys. This role will be a three month contract until just before Christmas with a hourly rate of £30 an hour!
