Responsibilities
* Carry out accurate assessments of children and families within the community, ensuring timely interventions and supports are in place.
* Develop and manage care plans, working collaboratively with other local agencies and departments to deliver integrated services.
* Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records, providing detailed reports for case reviews and court assessments.
* Mentor and support junior team members, imparting your knowledge and expertise in child protection and safeguarding.
* Respond efficiently to duty calls, balancing the demands of urgent cases with critical decision-making skills.
Qualifications
* Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Possess current registration with Social Work England.
* Demonstrate significant frontline experience in UK social services in a qualified role.
