Manage and grow digital channels including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Create compelling content such as blogs, case studies, brochures, exhibition assets, and digital campaign materials. Drive traffic and lead generation through SEO, PPC, and social media. Capture and edit photography and video content for multi-channel use. Analyse and report on performance using tools such as GA4, WordPress, SEMrush, and Hootsuite. Collaborate with agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices. About You We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and creative individual who is confident working across multiple channels. You’ll need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute fresh ideas. You’ll bring: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar — or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years’ broad marketing experience (social, content, PR, design, events) if no qualification. Excellent content writing skills with SEO knowledge. Proven experience managing social media channels and communities. Competence with analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, email/social insights). Familiarity with WordPress CMS and CRM systems (Sugar CRM is a bonus). Experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI. Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Strong stakeholder management and agency liaison experience.
