Role Purpose
We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Corporate Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will work closely with our Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, advising on a wide range of tax matters including corporate transactions, restructuring, property deals, and employee incentives.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.
* Provide expert tax advice on corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and reorganisations.
* Advise on property-related tax issues including SDLT, VAT, and capital allowances.
* Support clients with employee share schemes and incentive arrangements.
* Liaise with HMRC and other professional advisors as needed.
Person Specification
* Commercial awareness and ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to client service and business development.
* Experience working collaboratively across departments.
Technical Knowledge
* CTA qualified with strong technical knowledge across a broad range of UK tax matters.
