Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager required for a manufacturer in St Louis, MO.
The Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team, assisting with RFQ's and being a main point of contact for key accounts across the US.
The Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager will have demonstrated experience leading an inside sales team within a manufacturing organization, ideally flow control / valves / pumps / rotating equipment products.

Role for Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager
* Oversee and manage the inside sales team and customer service representatives.
* Provide technical support and ensure accurate quoting and order processing.
* Collaborate with outside sales to assist in managing customer relationships.
* Take inbound sales calls and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Develop sales strategies and sales plans
* Identify opportunities for process improvement in order entry and customer engagement
* Day to day operations in St Louis, MO
Requirements for Role for Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager
* Proven experience working as a Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager / Applications Engineer
* Experience working with a manufacturing organization, with preference to flow control / valves / pumps / rotating equipment / compressors and related products
* Candidates with experience in CNC / Mechanical Engineering / Cutting Tools / Automation / HVAC / Oil & Gas / General Manufacturing will be considered
* Conversant with ERP, CRM systems and microsoft office suite
* Proven experience leading and managing a team
* Based in St Louis, MO
