As Membership Advisor, it’s your job to ensure a perfect match. You’ll bring a vibrant, engaging personality to showcase our facilities to potential new members, understand what they’re looking for, what they hope to achieve, and demonstrate how Village Gym is their match made in heaven. You’ll meet potential new members by phone or in person, giving them a grand tour of the club, and you’ll match their individual needs to the facilities we offer to ensure their fitness journey gets off to a great start. You’ll also advise on additional products and services to help them smash their fitness goals.

Responsibilities
* A natural ability to interact with all types of people, using effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service
* A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service
* An ability to understand individual needs and tailor your service and communication accordingly
* A drive to achieve and exceed targets
* A team mentality, forming great relationships within leisure and other departments
Requirements
* This role is offered with uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £4,800 per annum
