Position overview:
Optimas is currently searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator for our site in Gloucester.
Principal activities:
•Understand, develop and promote the Company’s business objectives and participate with total enthusiasm and commitment to achieve and exceed them
•Ensure that you fully understand your work requirements and duties and highlight any training needs and requirements to enable you to undertakeyour duties
Main responsibilities:
•Collating and distribution of picking documentation
•Responsibility for the upkeep and storage of all warehouse documentation
1. WMS (warehouse management system) stock maintenance input
2. Data input on WMS system
•Dealing with telephone and general warehouse enquires
3. Release of JIT notes
4. Raise commercial invoices for export
5. Other warehouse duties including: Picking/warehouse goods in
6. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
7. Highlyorganised, showing good attention to detail
8. Ability toprioritiseand to work to deadlines with good time management skills
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Ability to work independently and take initiative
11. Ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task and be flexible
12. Strong computer literacy skills
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – in particular Excel
14. Stock administration skills
15. Workingwellas part of a team
16. Flexible approach to work patterns
