Job Title: Senior Lean Process Analyst

We are seeking a Lean Process Lead at Stark, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, who is passionate about delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and plan business process improvement projects, including designing, re-engineering, launching, and embedding efficient processes within the organization. This involves data gathering and analysis to support business cases and system requirements.
2. Deliver cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency through process change, analyzing and improving existing processes.
3. Lead complex process improvement projects, defining BPM scope, identifying goals, and developing business cases.
4. Create process models in MS Visio using BPMN 2.0 and document processes.
5. Identify quick wins and opportunities for process improvements and drive them to completion.
6. Gather and analyze data to identify process performance issues and develop strategies accordingly.
7. Work with process owners to create metrics and dashboards for monitoring process capabilities.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify benefits and produce detailed realization plans.
9. Prioritize, plan, and propose key areas for process improvement.
10. Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their development.
Requirements:
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
* Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process modelling, and classification frameworks
* Significant experience in business process management, improvements, and project management with proven benefits
* Ability to analyze, implement process changes, and coach teams
* Data-driven approach, process mining experience desirable
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
* Workshop facilitation skills for process mapping and root cause analysis
* Experience in retail and large process transformations, especially in IT processes such as POS, ERP, and supply chain platforms
