Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible to Suit You
Salary: £90–£120 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in East Grinstead and nearby areas. Every day brings something new—different classes, subjects, and challenges—making this an ideal role for confident communicators who engage well with teenagers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising classes across KS3 & KS4 in the absence of the teacher
Delivering pre-prepared work set by teaching staff
Managing behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
Supporting students with their tasks and keeping them on track
Following school policies and working collaboratively with staff
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and classroom-management skills
Confidence working with secondary-aged students
Adaptable, reliable, and calm under pressure
Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
