We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering & Facilities team, working 40 hours over 5 nights per week (Monday to Friday).
Main duties and responsibilities will be:-
* Maintaining printing machinery including fault finding and planned maintenance
* Liasing with sub-contractors
* Controlling materials / spares
* Up-keep and maintenance of facilities within the factory
* Completion of any documentation required
* Attending call-outs on a rotational basis with other engineers
* Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards
* Assisting with the mentoring and training of engineering apprentice
Knowledge and skills required:-
* Experienced in the maintenance of printing industry machinery
* (i.e. Heidelberg, Gietz, Gallus, HP, ABG, Guillotines etc)
* Mechanically minded
* Good Communicative skills
* Electrical/Electronic bias
We are also open to candidates who are willing to work Fri, Sat, Sun shift patterns.
