Working within a finance team of 12 you will be working with high volumes of invoices, reconciliations and undertaking data export into excel from a variety of customer portals, marketplaces and websites. Key responsibilities within this role will include: Processing high volumes of invoices Allocating payment receipts Identifying and processing payment deductions Raising credits Undertaking daily reconciliations Query resolution into aged transactions / reconciliation that cannot be balanced We are looking for this applicant to possess: Previous experience of working within a finance role Good use of using accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines We will also look at individuals who have finance qualifications and are looking to start their career For more information about this brilliant opportunity please contact our Recruitment Team on 01202 686000 or send your CV.
