Essential Role Duties
1. Creates Value Propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter.
2. Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.
3. Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis.
4. Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally.
5. Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.
6. Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.
7. Participates in quoting process.
8. Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.
9. Defines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally.
10. Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP.
11. Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP
12. Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collections process.
13. Maintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal.
14. Other duties as assigned
15. Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
16. Provides leadership, coaching and training to a team of client service specialists
17. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
18. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
19. Other duties as assigned

Education & Direct Work Experience
27. Minimum five years related experience.
28. Minimum four years industry experience preferred.
29. Relevant customer service experience
