You'll be part of a leading company in the manufacturing sector, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth import and transport processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage import administration, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and customs procedures. Organise domestic and European transport logistics, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries. Enter sales orders, set up new customer accounts and manage credit limits and processes. Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and addressing client inquiries. Skills & Experience: Previous logistics and import experience is essential. Customer service experience, desirably in a manufacturing GCSE English & Maths. Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
