Conveyancer Leamington Spa We're recruiting for a Conveyancer to join a leading regional law firm's Leamington Spa office. The firm works on a hybrid basis, with four days in the office and one day from home. This is a busy, well‑established department with plenty of work coming through and there is room for a new hire to step in and progress quickly. Key responsibilities Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports and completion statements Carrying out title checks, searches and enquiries Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and firm requirements Supporting the wider team and contributing to the growth of the department Person specification Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process Confident communicator who can build good relationships with clients and agents Organised, proactive and able to work independently Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, growing team If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please email your CV to shannonhewes@chadwicknott.co.uk *At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
