Location: Borehamwood (4 days in the office, 1 from home)
Salary: up to £33,000 with a bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven early-career professional to step into a dynamic Investor Relations role. As an Investor Relations Associate, you'll work closely with senior leadership to support and grow a private investor base, gaining hands-on experience across investor communications, onboarding, and relationship management. From being the first point of contact for investor queries to supporting campaigns, events, and reporting, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class investor experience. This position is ideal for someone with at least a year of direct experience in investor relations or investor services, or a graduate who has completed a relevant placement, and who is highly organised, commercially minded, and eager to deepen their understanding of markets while building relationships with sophisticated investors.
Responsibilities for the role of Investor Relations Associate:
Act as the primary point of contact for investor queries across email, phone, and virtual platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and intermediary partners
Support ongoing investor engagement through regular updates, reporting, and communications
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including KYC/AML checks, account setup, and documentation
Maintain accurate investor records, allocations, and activity within CRM systems
Assist with capital raising initiatives, including outbound outreach, preparation of marketing materials, and event coordination
Monitor and report on investor activity, including inflows, redemptions, and pipeline tracking
Produce internal reports and support senior stakeholders with investor insights
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to new product launches and growth strategiesExperience required for the role of Investor Relations Associate
1 year of experience in investor relations/investor services experience
Great communication skills and confidence working with high-net-worth clients
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Commercial interest in financial markets and investments
