Job Summary
We seek a high-energy, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing SaaS startup on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. As an SDR, you'll be the first contact point for potential customers, generating qualified leads and fueling the sales pipeline. Your goal is to engage prospects, understand their pain points, and show how our solution can add value to their business.
The Role
* Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles within our SaaS market.
* Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls.
* Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in our CRM.
* Collaborate with marketing to optimise outreach messaging and campaigns.
* Continuously learn about our product, industry trends, and customer pain points.
Qualifications and Skills
* A self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
* Target-driven and motivated to exceed expectations.
* Curious, coachable, and eager to learn about our product and industry.
* Previous sales or lead generation experience.
* Experience with sales tools like Clay and outbound platforms like Lemlist; support will be provided.
Working Conditions
* Position Type: Hybrid (London), full-time.
