Who You Are You are a dedicated social worker focused on the welfare of children, skilled in assessments and care planning, and committed to promoting the well-being of children within the community. What the job involves Carry out initial and core assessments in compliance with the Assessment Framework. Develop comprehensive care plans and support packages to address children's needs. Perform statutory duties for children in care and those on a Care and Support Protection Plan. Engage in care proceedings and ensure all actions are documented in Care First. Adhere to Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures. Complete any additional tasks as required to support child welfare.
