Support Worker Pay rate: £14 Shift pattern:Day shifts 07.00 - 09.00, 14.45 to 17.00; Night shifts 20.30 to 06.30 A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Doncaster. This person has Epilepsy, Dystonia, and Global Development Delay, but these conditions are only one part of who she is. She has a vibrant and bubbly personality and enjoys the company of her three small dogs, who also share their home. To make the most of meaningful outings and activities, we are looking for someone local to Doncaster, who can offer thoughtful, person-centred support. Your role will be vital in enriching her daily life through engaging activities and genuine connection What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
