My client is one of the largest independent surveying practices outside of London, with a well-established Property Management team based in Leeds. They are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager to manage all aspects of office, industrial & retail buildings across Yorkshire and the UK.
Duties:
1. Managing your own portfolio of high profile commercial properties
2. Managing third party contractors for planned and reactive building repairs and maintenance
3. Being first point of contact and deal with any queries
4. Attending regular property inspections
5. Rent & service charge management
6. Preparation of site / annual budgets
7. Delivering high levels of customer service
8. Organise and attend general meetings
9. Keeping up to date with and implementing the latest legislation
10. Active involvement and management of insurance renewals / claims
11. Updating and supervising all matters of health and safety and compliance
12. Visiting various commercial properties and delivering practical management
