CCL are currently working with a client in the nuclear sector who is seeking several Electricians for a 1 year contract. The successful applicant will provide ongoing electrical installation delivery across the nuclear site and will lead on a wide range of electrical work in an industrial environment covering installation, commissioning, fault-finding, maintenance and repair in accordance with current legislation and codes of practice. Location: Oxfordshire UK. Type of Contract: 1 year Contract (Inside IR35) Key duties will include: * Take responsibility for installation phase of projects ensuring Safe Systems of Work are followed, working to a plan, being flexible and keeping to timescales, including leading installation teams. * Install indoor and outdoor electrical distribution equipment in compliance with current regulations and local standards. * Undertake the construction, wiring and commissioning of electrical control cubicles. * Perform testing, commissioning and fault-finding tasks on various electrical control and distribution equipment. * Setting work, supervising and providing guidance and supervision to less experienced electricians and electrical apprentices. * Work on various projects with diverse teams across site with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and allocate work to team members according to the appropriate work plan for each project. * Maintain high standards of safety at all ti...
