This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. Key Duties: Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Setting up and maintaining production machinery Preparing and adjusting jigs Cutting, bonding, and finishing bricks to create bespoke products Carrying out quality control checks Packaging and labelling items ready for dispatch Completing daily safety checks and maintaining a clean working area What We’re Looking For: A reliable and hardworking team player Someone proactive with strong attention to detail Health & Safety aware Willing to learn and take pride in delivering high-quality work Desirable Skills (Not Essential): Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manual role Basic Maths, English, and computer skills Forklift licence (training will be provided if not held) What’s On Offer: £13.50 per hour with overtime opportunities Full training across all aspects of the role Forklift training and certification (...
