Cover Supervisor

About the Role
Teaching Personnel is looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in the Wallasey area, supporting students from KS3 to KS5. This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the classroom teacher.
You will also work with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing tailored support to ensure every learner can succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS3–KS5.
* Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies.
* Support students with SEN, including offering 1:1 assistance where needed.
* Adapt to different classroom environments and subjects.

Requirements
* Understanding of the secondary curriculum.
* Experience delivering lessons or supervising classes.
* Confidence in supporting students with SEN.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
