Role & Responsibilities
1. Work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout the UK and internationally
2. Produce comprehensive working drawing packages
3. Prepare detailed hand drawings and traditional design studies
4. Detail bespoke joinery and interior elements
5. Assist with specifications and scheduling
6. Undertake project research and precedent studies
7. Attend client meetings, site visits and measured surveys
8. Support the Project Lead across all RIBA stages
Required Skills & Experience
9. Qualified Architect or Part II Architectural Assistant with 3–5 years’ UK professional experience
10. Strong background in traditional or classical residential architecture
11. Excellent technical and detailing ability
12. Experience in contract administration and sound technical knowledge
13. Passion for heritage, conservation and traditional design principles
14. Experience in preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings highly advantageous
15. ArchiCAD experience beneficial but not essential
16. Strong hand drawing skills highly desirable
