This is a dynamic role where you'll play a vital part in the delivery of multiple construction projects across various stages - no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and managing engineers' diaries and site visits
2. Assisting in the planning, resourcing, and coordination of commercial construction projects
3. Tracking progress of small to mid-sized builds and ensuring deadlines are met
4. Updating project documentation and maintaining progress reports
5. Providing administrative support to the wider team, including phones, emails, post, and office supplies
6. Helping manage fleet vehicles and keeping training records up to date
7. Compiling data for construction accreditations and trade body memberships
